Shani Feyen

Shani Feyen, MA, CPCC, is a certified leadership development coach with extensive experience supporting faculty in higher education, particularly in curriculum development. A hallmark of her work is helping clients create inclusive environments from a place of conscious choice of what they are creating within their team or organization.
Shani currently is Director of Learning, Development, Training for Learning in Action, and is a founding consultant for ATG’s LEAD-in3. As both a facilitator and individual coach, she provides a supportive challenge for clients to create a positive impact in leading or participating in a dynamic team, and hones in on skills for self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and more. Her clients develop their leadership skills and values to shift teams to work from perspectives that both support the work at hand and honor the people doing it.
