Workshops

Designed by two seasoned project management practitioners, our half and full day Agile Project Management workshops cover some important basics of project management for non project managers, including exercises on prioritization, risk management, project design, and how to have productive meetings.

Through relatable scenarios that create context, we offer hands-on practice in skills that help you work more effectively, whether you manage a single publication or a large collaborative grant. Workshop sizes are limited to provide an engaged and interactive experience, with the opportunity to explore key concepts. The content works well both virtually and in-person. We recommend dividing the full-day workshop into two 4-hour sessions on concurrent days for the best participant experience.

Consulting and Coaching

Shorter group trainings or individual consultations can target specific skills, for example Lean Canvas, project estimation and work breakdown, or meeting facilitation and culture. Sessions are led by ATG’s Agile coach and consultant, Jet LeBlanc, often collaboratively with academic partners.
